Located within Nahuel Huapi National Park, in a valley surrounded by hills, minutes from the beaches of Lake Gutierrez, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with direct access from Route 40, 20 minutes from downtown Bariloche and 25 minutes from the airport.

Enjoy a beautiful stay with a lake view! A very comfortable apartment for a trip with friends, family, or an extended stay. Just two blocks from a shopping mall and a 10-minute drive to downtown, a panoramic view of the lake and mountains awaits you. Public transportation is just one block away. We have an equipped kitchen (electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishes, etc.), parking, and a baby crib. We are commercially licensed.
