Vacation rentals with a patio in District 10

I stayed with Ms. Ngan for one night, although it wasn't long, but I had a quite comfortable experience staying here. The room is new, the equipment in the room is quite full, with a detailed instruction sheet in the room. Ms. Ngan is enthusiastic to support, friendly conversation. There is a coffee shop below which is quite chill, the drinks are also delicious.

Good, clean home. The host's very friendly and helpful. Home is at a good location to go to the center as well as the airport. It's worth to pay a fair price and stay in a cozy nice home. I put im my recommended list for my friend if they'd like to travel and enjoy Saigon 😊

I was lucky to find Thị Tố Trinh's place, my first stay in HCMC was perfect. Thị Tố is a very helpful and kind host. You can spend time in the spacious and green yard, working or chilling. The room has beautiful clean design with cozy wooden furniture, pristine clean and freshly renovated. The place is a bit outside the city center, but if you are ok using mototaxi, you'll reach downtown in 15 mins.

I rested in a cozy accommodation at a low cost. I recommend it.😙

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!

It is one of the perfect places to stay. It has all the facilities and utensils.

The security guard will not let us in the lobby to pick up the key. He told us to call the owner which we can’t because we don’t have a Vietnamese phone account. He was very rude.
