You will find the gangway just a few steps from the house. The modern decor and the bright, wood-paneled walls and high sloping walls give the house a bright impression. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the water from the 21 m & # 178; partially covered terrace. The 33 m & # 178; large conservatory with large windows (sun protection for the windows) has wood burning stove, 2 seating areas and dining table for 12 people. From here there is a view of the beautiful water area. You can relax in front of the flat-screen TV with satellite dish and DVD player or in front of the wood-burning stove, which provides heat on cool days. Die Kajüte is located in Barlt and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 40 m² accommodation is spread over two floors and features a living room as well as a kitchen. Upstairs, which you reach via a steep, narrow staircase, you will find the bedroom and the bathroom with toilet. Die Kajüte has its own small garden area and offers space for two people. Use of a washing machine is possible on request and for an extra fee.

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.
