In the living room there is a folding corner sofa and a wood-burning stove. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms, bathroom. The entire house is heated and air-conditioned, which allows for year-round relaxation. Guests have 2 SUP boards and 4 bicycles at their disposal. In the garden, there is a JACUZZI (available in the period of temperatures (+++) The property is fenced with a garage and parking on the property.

Within 10 km there is a swimming pool with saunas, 12 km from the house there is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe - Modry Las. The entire facility (two houses) is PLN 550/day. It is possible to rent one cottage, a wooden cottage for rent at the price of 350 PLN/day, a green (brick) cottage at the price of 250 PLN/day.
