The train and bus stations, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and the Csaba Center shopping mall are a few minutes' walk from the property. The pedestrian street and main square, the main attractions of the city, are about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment consists of two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The accommodation is rented as a whole.

The 200 –Year-Old Apartment opened its doors in the centre of Gyula in March 2016.It is located behind The Erkel square , Reformed Church, the Town Hall and in the One Hundred Year-old Confectionery neighborhood. Gyula sights are only a few minutes' walk away on foot . The Gyula Castle and the Castle Spa is a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants are near the apartment.

I highly recommend our apartment located next to a bird chirping little forest. Downtown Gyula and the spa are a few minutes walk away. The apartment was completed at the end of 2023. It has one 2 room for four people and has one 1 room unit for two people. These can be booked separately. Parking and cooking facilities are provided in the courtyard. Tourist tax is included in the price. 550.-HUF/person/night
