PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE MOMENT THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE JUST BEHIND OUR PROPERTY. Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. There is a dog on the property, her name is Ella. No Smoking on the entire property.

Your house, with just under 50 m², is located at the edge of our property, surrounded by plenty of greenery. It has 3 rooms with up to 5 sleeping places. YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL! The house offers all the comforts, including a flatscreen TV, a music speaker, and of course excellent Wi-Fi. On the large covered terrace, you’ll find a nice gas grill. There is also a fire pit and a jacuzzi, although the jacuzzi is currently not working and not heated.
