It is located in a backyard and therefore you will not hear any city noise from the traffic while enjoying your coffee on the porch and you can sleep with windows open. One feels immediately at home in the cosy, stylish and fully equipped apartment which has high ceilings giving a spacious atmosphere. It is in a renovated and save centrally located building YOU ONLY CAN SMOKE IN THE GARDEN AREA.

Several public transportation systems are close to the apartment (Bus, Tram, Train, Metro). The apartment is also close to the famous Zentralfriedhof (one of the biggest graveyards in the world) and to the St. Marx graveyard (Mozart's grave is located there). Several supermarkets within walking distance.

The studio is well equipped and situated in the 3rd Viennese district. Has a direct connection with Metro to the airport (20 min), city center (7 min) and Train station ( 10 min) There are 2 spacious terraces with a view over Vienna. A big supermarket, asian market and a drugstore are just few steps away. There is also Pizza Dominos, asian and oriental restaurant around the corner. You can easily reach the city center by Tram ( 10 min to Opera). AC equipped.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish retreat. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and belonged to my family, we grew up here. Therefore, there are still a lot of personal items in the apartment. You feel really comfortable here, almost at home, thanks to the warm and stylish furnishings. The apartment has two large terraces, one to the east (rising sun) and the other to the west (sun setting), which give a special light to the atmosphere.

Our cosy one bedroom apartment with its own access to the green private garden is located in recently renovated house of the 19th century. It stands close to the very center of the city in so called "diplomatic quarters", 5 minutes walk to the Ring.
