A lovely simple apartment in a quiet corner of Albania. The views over the lake and across to the mountains were stunning, I couldn’t think of a better place to have my morning coffee!

The stay was beautiful the house is right at the lake in a very peaceful area. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in nature this is perfect for that. The house had everything you would need kitchen is equipped with necessities. The hosts were very kind and friendly, always responsive and answering our questions and needs. Highly recommended.

Host was friendly and greeted us personally. The apartment was exactly as described. Close to main bus station and promenade with restaurants. We were very happy with our one week stay here.

The host Alza is amazing. Great communication and nice room close to supermarket. Unfortunately we could not find enough bed sheets for 4 persons, but the rest of the appartment was fine. Thank you very much for the time.

Thank you very much to Mirzaya, the house was great, I felt like I was at home, the house was very clean and everything you needed was in it, it was very easy to find the location of the house, from the iron to the washing machine, there is no shortage of parking. The bus stops are 15 minutes away. You can ask anything you want.

Apartment was just like pictures, very nice apartment, comfortable beds, plenty of shops and restaurants to visit all within walking distance. We were greeted by Armando in town, and he held a parking spot for us on the first day we arrived which was very helpful, as we were new to town, and were not yet familiar with the area. If we had questions, Armando was very quick to respond. We stayed for two nights as a family of 5 and while the hustle and bustle was outside of the apartment, it was very quiet and restful inside. We ate our meals out at the local restaurants but the kitchen looked well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay for two nights. The accommodation had all the comforts. The supermarket downstairs was super convenient, and there were good restaurants around. Also, it was a perfect base to explore the area, such as hiking in Theth. Thanks Orlando for the great experience!

Very nice house on the Bojana river. We had a wonderful time at the house (sun deck is amazing) and discovering the surroundings. It’s a great place to disconnect. The house is well equiped and the host will give you a lot of recommandations.

That was amazing! Mirjana her husband and her son were the best hosts I ever had. Sweet, welcoming and very warm hearted. Our communication was good even though we didn't speak the language. The food they offered to us, was honestly the best we had on our trip and freshly made. They loved to have a chat with us but also absolutely respected our private sphere. The location of the flat is in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by mountains. The wonderful Shkodra Lake is also not far away. 10/10 experience with wonderful people. Extremely manicured wooden cottages on a secondary branch of the river. Close to the beach and main restaurants.... Lovely atmosphere... We had a great time

Such a beautiful place! Saved our holiday. So peaceful, great place to relax and take in the sun and have a swim in the river or paddle down to the beach.

If you are looking for total peace, a beautiful starry sky, please contact nature this is your place. But if you expect to go to a cabin and not find mosquitoes, wasps, or spiders then you may not understand nature as such. Very accessible to Podgorica airport. You also have a supermarket about a 5/10 minute drive. They have two very polite puppies who will be guarding you all night. Magical night listening to owls and other insects. 100% recommend.

The accommodation was comfortable: very tasteful, stylish, discreetly furnished. Warm light. Cozy indoors or outdoors. Kaltrina's mother on site was a warm host.

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)

this is an absolutely wonderful holiday home Clean air, silence and beauty all around. It is good to sleep here and have wonderful dreams. The house had everything necessary for life, high-quality pleasant bed linen and two bathrooms, which is very convenient for a family. My son loved to play in the large green area, and I felt calm for him. On the way to the sea there are fantastic views of the coast. This is a house in nature and you can meet interesting guests. In autumn and winter it can be a little cold I would love to come back here in the spring 🥰 Dilek and Melih are the sweetest and most responsive, they came to meet us when guests with a dog came to visit us
