We live in an old farmhouse in the middle of the countryside. The house has a small, cozy apartment for two (to four) people directly on our idyllic apple meadow. The nearest neighbors are a few hundred yards away, as well as the village center. There is also the train station and a bus station. Good transport links to the nearby highway. The directly adjacent recreational area is within walking distance (hiking trails/bicycle paths/forest walks).

The 60-square-metre granny flat is located in Marl-Hüls on a central but very quiet side street. It's only 200 metres to the next bus stop, and from there you can reach Marl-Sinsen train station or Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station in a few minutes, with connections to Münster, Essen, Haltern am See or Wuppertal. There is a bed in the bedroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living room of the apartment. The price also includes all Airbnb fees.
