Furnished and semi-furnished apartments, very quiet place, the name of the place says it all Jd Refugio, belongs to the municipality of Ivatuba PR. This neighborhood is a university neighborhood because it is next to FAP, IAP (Paranaense Adventist Institute) and is located 14 km from Maringá, 5 km from Floresta PR and 18 km from Ivatuba PR, 20 km from Itambé PR and 10 min from the airport. I rent to students, but due to the pandemic I am opening up this possibility of renting on this platform. The apartments are simple!
