This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 1st floor unit, located on a gated farm, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can sleep up to 6 people. If you enjoy the outdoors then this is the place for you. We have walking paths for you to enjoy and make sure to say hi to the animals as you walk by. Sit out on the front porch and watch the sunset or sit out by the pond and watch it there. This unit is 10 minutes from the nearest shopping. Do not enter barns or pastures.

Killens Pond State Park is a 10 min drive. Harrington Casino the Del. State Fair is 15 mins from us.

Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. This AirBnB is located in the historic district of Camden situated in the backyard of a private home. You have your own private building! There are stairs up to the deck as the guest house is on the second floor. Please note there is no WiFi or TV.
