Bowers Beach: A Slice of Paradise
Please note: We require guests to book the total amount of persons staying as we charge per-guest. We do not have a TV and our home is not suitable for unsupervised young children. Between Whitwell’s Delight and Bowers Beach Road, across from the old Tuthill Brothers Farm, we have a quiet space that is perfect for up to eight people to feel at home; great for couples or a tight-knit group of friends or family. We also have records, board games and puzzles to enhance the feeling of a cozy stay.

This freshly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath home can sleep up to 8 people per stay. 1,750 sqft of indoor space, a front porch and fire pit area will give your group plenty of space to relax during your visit. Your kids will love the playground, and basketball court across the street. Home includes 4x full size beds and 2 full baths. Home is about a 4 block walk to the beach entrance. Enjoy the included bikes or 6 person surrey! House comes equipped with a charcoal grill, beach chairs, and firepit.

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

Guest Suite with Private Entrance
My wife Justine and I are pleased to host this guest suite with private secure entrance and private bathroom. We do live in the main part of the house full time so you may hear us rattling around from time to time and coming and going or working in the yard but most of our time is spent at the opposite end of the house. The room is completely private and inaccessible from the main house. The screened in porch is shared with the main house. We do not currently have WiFi access in the Airbnb.

We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 25.00 per person a night fee plus 30.00 setup fee. Visitors not allowed access to amenities.

The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.
