Apartment vacation rentals in Downtown, Tulsa

Nice, centrally located apartment. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go around Tulsa was within a few minutes away.

This little apartment was affordable and within 10 minutes of just about everything in Tulsa. It was private and not too difficult to find. The listing and the description were very accurate. It’s important to note that this is upstairs, and, due to age, the floor is sloped. If someone has any condition that would be affected by non-level floors, this may be an interesting sleep. Other than that, Debbie was communicative and helpful. The space was clean and had lots of amenities to utilize. It was close to Black Wall Street, the Philbrook, and local breweries! Good for a short little pop-in to Tulsa!

Second time staying with them. Great place when you need to stumble back from Kilkenny.

This place is perfect! Quiet area great place to get away and relax. Would absolutely stay here again.

Covered parking was a plus and a welcome basket was sweet. Very close to TU.

Everything was great. Perfect little yard - we had our dogs with us and they had space to run and enjoy the outdoors. The only thing that I can say negative about the place is you can hear everything above you. Someone was walking around the house until after 2am. It would wake us up when they moved around.

Ponderosa in the Woods is an awesome place to spend a few days, whether spending some time away from town, visiting people, or looking for quietness. You have everything you need, and it's only a few minutes to get into the Tulsa area if you want or need to. Just watch out for deer everywhere!

I stayed for a month and this condo was just what I needed. The area was quiet, it was not hard to find or access the condo, Elian gave perfect instructions. I had a couple of issues with the condo, but Elian was always quick to respond and worked to make sure I was comfortable. The condo could have used a few more items in the kitchen like, pots, pans, measuring cups or spoons, but I got what I needed for my stay. All in all I would recommend this location.

Stephen was a great host, answering all of our questions and coming to the rescue when we couldn't get in the front door! It was an easy fix. The property was exactly as described, clean and super comfy! We are in Tulsa often and will be looking for properties run by Stephan every time! We will be recommending to our friends visiting the area as well!

This place is amazing! Very cozy, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Despite being in a busy street with lots of great bars and restaurants, the place is super quiet at night so I had wonderful sleeps. The gym is on the same floor so it’s just a few steps away. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

Great location, amazing backyard, loved the space. Stayed here for a month, felt homey without clutter. Large comfy king bed. Kitchen had all the utensils I needed to make home cooked meals. In downtown, walkable. Would totally stay here again!

This is a fairly decent, no frills, no fuss area. There are nice places with a short distance to eat and shop. It was centrally located to everything we needed to access for our stay. Darryl is an excellent host! Great communication, not pushy or overly invasive and appropriately friendly! I would definitely recommend him as a host. The accommodations were basic and that is all we were looking for, as we knew we would not be spending much time at the apartment. Our needs were simple: clean, convenient and safe. We received exactly that. Thanks Darryl for being an awesome host! Many blessing!

The place was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for the dogs, and a nice little yard for their potty breaks. I appreciated that there were no clean up requirements, as I had my hands full with the dogs.

Only problem was a few times they had to reset the code for the door but that was more on Airbnb than the owners. Other than that it was a great stay at a good location in the city.
