A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

The functional outdoor kitchen is equipped with 2 hobs, a small sink and a 15 l water tank. There is everything you need to cook a simple meal. Bathroom and toilet facilities are located in a brand new trailer about 60 m away. There are 2 toilets and a bathroom shared with 1 other trailer. There is also a refrigerator for free use.

The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. Du har egen indgang gennem haven samt din egen del af haven med masser af skønne blomster. Gæstehuset er romantisk indrettet med alt hvad man skal bruge og ligger tæt på havnen, ishus, bussen og indkøb. Der er 5 minutters gåtur til en badetur eller solnedgangen ved de smukke badehuse på Vester Strand. Dyr kan ikke medtages.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
