In addition to the combined living/bedroom with a bed (140 cm bed) and couch, you have a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed, as well as a single bed with a width of 80 cm in the bed box. So you don't have to do without the family bed on vacation either. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathtub and a cozy balcony to the courtyard with gas grill are available.

Our apartment is located IN THE MIDDLE. Direct proximity to the Elbe with the wonderful Elbe Cycle Route. Next to the Pfunds Molkerei attraction and the stop for city tours right in front of the house. From the apartment, Dresden is easily explored on foot. Or you can rent a bike and enjoy the countryside and the many restaurants and beer gardens in the Elbe meadows. If you are arriving by car, we have a free and safe underground parking space for you!

Quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of the new town

This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

The apartment has a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 + bed linens), TV, Wi-Fi, a small kitchen with all the important cooking utensils, a cozy breakfast area by the window, bathroom with shower (towels are provided), blinds to darken the windows. A seat can be used in the garden.
