The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Very comfortable bunk beds, a small pantry kitchen and a table with a cosy seating area for up to 4 people complete the whole thing. Bath, shower & toilet are accessible in the main house.

The apartment is the extension of a very well maintained Kehdinger half-timbered house, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with cozy seats and children's play equipment. Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Right outside the door you will find the Elbe Cycle Path where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. As a guest of our apartment, you have the opportunity to use the entire wellness (swimming pool and sauna) and fitness area in the hotel "Elbstrand", which is 2 minutes away, for a fee of EUR 25.00 per person per week or part thereof.

Welcome to our small feel-good nest in a prime location on the Elbe island of Krautsand! The apartment is located directly on the dyke in a beautiful house from 1870 and was lovingly renovated and furnished by us last year. The path to the Elbe beach is only about 300 m away, once across the dike. If you are looking for a few quiet days with extensive walks or bike rides, you have come to the right place.
