Αποτελείται από δυο δωμάτια για να έχουν οι επισκέπτες μας την δυνατότητα να χαλαρώσουν, και απο την κουζίνα και το μπάνιο. Είναι κατάλληλο για παρέες, οικογένειες αλλά και για άτομα που ψάχνουν ένα μέρος για να αποδράσουν. Επιπλέον ευπρόσδεκτοι στο διαμέρισμα είναι και οι τετράποδοι φίλοι μας. Τέλος απέχει μόλις 5,9Χιλ από τον Μύλο των Ξωτικών, 44από το Περτουλι και 32από τα Μετέωρα.
