The apartment "Residenz Cux-Havenglück" is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with 4 residential units. The spacious living and dining area as well as the fully equipped fitted kitchen offer enough space for families with 2 children or up to 4 adults. The shower bath with toilet also has separate underfloor heating. The south-facing terrace and the garden exclusively belonging to the apartment invite you to linger with garden furniture.

This new, high-quality furnished apartment in Cuxhaven-Duhnen right on the beach has its own approx. 200 sqm garden with 2 terraces, beach chair and grill. A reserved parking space and a lockable bicycle garage are included. The apartment is very comfortably equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Smart TVs are available in the living room and in each of the 3 bedrooms. We are happy to provide a highchair, baby crib and handcart free of charge.

The nice cozy apartment is located opposite the Wernerwald. Through the Wernerwald goes a very nice hiking trail to the beach. You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Linen and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, kitchen, shower room and hallway. The garden can also be used. Important is house number 81!!!! Not as indicated 80!

Our accommodation is good for couples, traveling alone, business travelers and families (with children). Please bring your own bed linen and towels. All prices are excluding final cleaning 50 EUROS. Tourist tax will be billed separately.

Large windows flood the house with light throughout the day. Children can enjoy the playroom with a swing and toys. Relax in the bathtub after a day of adventure or explore the surroundings with our bicycles – the perfect place to unwind and relax!

Apartment 2

Our bright 1-room apartment on the ground floor with balcony is perfect for singles. The living room consists of a box-spring bed, a small built-in wardrobe and a cozy seating area. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Our balconies are equipped with a privacy screen to the neighboring balcony and you can in a relaxed way. You are welcome to bring a dog.
