Cosy Cottage in Peaceful Nature

Quiet yet central enough to be in Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and several beaches in 10-15min by car. We’ve done several renovations over the last years and love spending as much time in our cottage and the peaceful backyard as possible. New kitchen and appliances. Minisplits for aircon in living room and two upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a window unit. Small washer/dryer unit in downstairs bathroom. Spacious deck, outdoor shower, little garden area and fire side.

Vineyard Haven Walk to Ferry

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

Sunny, Spacious Vineyard Retreat

For Independence Day this year, I am offering June 27 - July 5th as an 8-day rental so that guests for that week can stay they thru July 4th. This is so that you can end your week enjoying the July 4th celebrations in the island. Ours is a 3 bedroom "upside-down" house one mile from Vineyard Haven, close to town but with a country feel. The house is unique for its great room where a group can enjoy the large open kitchen, living and dining space.
