I offer an apartment of about 120 square meters on the 1st floor in Lotte on the outskirts of Osnabrück. The apartment is in a quiet location and there is a good city bus connection. One parking space is available on the property. The apartment offers a spacious, open living room with dining area and cooking island. In addition, there are two lockable bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a large balcony with gas grill. The apartment is modernly decorated and kitchen appliances are provided.

A large box spring bed (200 × 220 cm), a corner sofa with sleeping function (2 × 90 × 200 cm), massage chair and 75” TV with streaming services offer additional comfort.

The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.
