Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

Cottage with separate entrance. Diaphanous of a single environment. With 2 floors. Ground floor with equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and 2 single sofa beds. It has hot/cold underfloor heating. The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and there are 1 doble bed and 1 sofa bed for 1 pax.

In the well-known Lecrin Valley. Our location is very close to the main access roads both to the capital of Granada, about 15-20 minutes, Sierra Nevada 40 minutes or go in the opposite direction to visit the Alpujarras or the coast in less than 30 minutes.

There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.
