Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Very close to Tegeforsen offering fishing and swimming. Also close to Åre golf - one of the most beautiful courses in Sweden. The house offers a spacious open plan living room, six bedrooms, sauna, relax, TV-room and a big "mud-room" to keep skiing clothing, golf equipment etc. We also have wifi and a nice fire pit. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Stugan ligger i Forsa Fjällby, en lugn oas i centrala Duved. Här är det nära till vandring, längd och backåkning, restauranger och mataffär. Det är nära till träningshall med klättring, paddel, golf och gym. Åre ligger ca 9 km bort med stort cykelutbud. Åre golfbana ca 5 km. Bra fiske i älven, även badmöjligheter. Tågstation ca 10 minuters promenad. Ta med eget sänglinne/handdukar. Dubbelsäng finns inte, bredaste sängen är 120 cm. Hundbädd finns. Gästerna städar själva.
