Мне очень понравилась эта квартира. Она была светлой, уютной, и ощущение было такое, как будто я приехал в гости. В квартире было чисто. Особенно понравилось, что есть все необходимое для того, чтобы приготовить что-то на кухне. Также порадовала ванная комната с ванной и видом на горы. Если буду останавливаться в Ереване, обязательно выберу эту квартиру и в следующий раз.

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

I really liked living here. The house is very spacious and quiet. The neighborhood is peaceful and the tranquil botanical garden is nearby. The host was very helpful. He helped me organize my programs in the area and also provided free transport to the bus station. If I return to Vanadzor, I will choose them again!
