Note: the TV is an Apple TV to be used with your subscriptions. The studio is the entire bottom floor of a 3 story house. It has its own separate access through the garden and is completely private from the rest of the house. A bathroom, kitchenette, dining/study area are included within your studio space. Laundry and Apple TV available upon request. Garden space and access is shared. Enjoy the deck and outdoor dining and lounging facilities as well as a gorgeous sunset view of LA. The entire bottom floor of the house is yours. Garden access is shared, as are the laundry machines in the main house. We are available at all times by phone, text or email. Bordering the neighborhoods of Eagle Rock and Highland Park, the area has an understated charm and offers an array of vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Old Town Pasadena, a retail hub with charming eateries, is a short drive away. It is a 0.4 mile distance to the nearest bus stop on La Loma and Figueroa. (about a 10 minute walk from the apartment) The 81 Bus can take you to the Gold Line Metro in Highland Park in less than 15 min. The Gold Line runs between Pasadena and Downtown, where you can transfer to other trains. Please let us know if you would like an Apple TV set up for your arrival or at any point during your stay.

The kitchen is the center of the home, perfect for whipping up a spread with fresh herbs and citrus from the garden. The backyard is the true pride of this home. Grill on charcoal, dine al fresco under the gazebo, wrapped in bougainvillea, and end the day snuggled under blankets with a glass of wine around the fire pit.

Unwind your busy day with your own private movie theater style living room. It is set up with 4K wall-to-wall movie projector, a comfortable recliner and a couch to watch movies, your favorite games or live TV. Glass doors open onto a patio with lush trees, succulents, lounge chairs and a gas-operated firepit. Our studio in-law has a midcentury modern meets tree house feel to it. This little hideaway is completely detached from the main house and has its own separate entrance. A private bathroom is adjacent to the studio. While there isn't a stove for cooking, there is a small refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, Kerug coffee maker, and microwave in the space.

Unwind in the backyard oasis with a koi pond, fire pit, surrounded by large mature trees providing shade, tranquility, and privacy. Ample parking. PETS STAY FREE.
