Clean, quiet, tidy house in the Earlsdon district. The house has 2 floors, and I let one of the first floor room to guests which is accessed via the stairs. Free WiFi in the room. The house has central heating and laminated floors. A small garden set with outdoor chairs and tables to use if its not raining. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors.
