Tiny house vacation rentals in Eastern Finland

An unforgettable experience! The house is built in a typical Finnish style, including a large terrace, sauna, kitchen with everything you need and three beds. There were 5 of us, and the stay was lovely. Anne welcomed us very warmly and explained everything to us at the beginning of our stay. The fishing boat and fresh eggs from the hens were a real plus. We'll be happy to go back!

The surrounding environment was very nice and calm. Water clean, transparent. Local water is specific and challenging for fishing. The beach in front of the cottage with shallow water even with a stone pier, offered a nice view of the surrounding water. The host also made available to us two boats. There is a wood heated sauna in front of the beach. It was a bit older but functional. Another smaller sauna is located inside the cabin along with a shower. We lacked a better light in the cabin. In the evenings, it was too big for our taste. Otherwise, we are happy with the amenities of the cottage and enjoyed the trip.

The race trip took a quick visit to Anu's. The top reminded me of a good smell, even in the outdoor toilet. Sleep tasted and a peaceful coffee on the terrace in the morning. Special thanks for your flexible attention to our needs.

We had a great stay in the little cabin on the lake. It is really quiet, no direct neighbors. Communication was straightforward, friendly and helpful. The cottage is well equipped, we lacked nothing. What you might want to know is that the stairs to the sleeping area are really steep. All in all, you can spend a time here.

Very beautiful location with fabulous sauna and crystal clear lake. Just a great place to chill out and relax. Lots of outdoor space you never feel overlooked , but aware of a very helpful guests and hosts.

We stayed at the cabin for 1/2 week. Communication with the host was straightforward. The photos and other information describe the cabin well. The property is located around 6 km from the center of Kangasniemi and away. Directly from the cottage you can reach a recommended and marked forest path bike route from the tourist info (there is the plan), a nature trail for hiking can be found about 2-3 km south of the town center. For dance fans, the dance floor "Syvälahti" is a worthwhile destination on the weekend evenings. The instructions and notes in a folder in the cabin were helpful.

We spent wonderful relaxing holiday at Tiinas mökki. The place is definitely to recommend if you are looking for real finish holiday at the lake with sauna and fishing. Tiina is always very responsive and open to help. A car is to recommend to reach the place and doing groceries... We would love to come back...

The place is breathtaking and Timo is one of the most friendly host we've met! He told us about ongoing northern lights and we were able to see them from the cabin for the very first time! Highly recommended 😍

The cottage was in a great location and had a really good sauna. The environment was peaceful. Maija responded to messages quickly and made sure that our guests were okay. The rowing boat could be used, and there was also a fire pit in the yard. The cottage had a wide range of potential needs, including woolen socks and all sorts of equipment for cooking.

A stunning, atmospheric cottage in the tranquility of nature. The equipment and decor took into account everything you could want for a cottage holiday. A lovely lean-to on the beach.

Merja is a very open-minded, interested and open-hearted person. She is very responsive to requests. She is very flexible with regard to arrival and departure times. The cottage is easy to find, located in a quiet residential area and is comfortably furnished. Many old pictures of Vääksy hang on the wall and there is plenty of information about Vääksy and its surroundings. The Mökki is ideal for one to two people. It has a good internet connection and is very nice and warm even in high minus degrees.

The cabin is very nice, modern and equipped like a small city apartment, very clean and finished in every detail. But the real luxury is the beautiful view and the quiet of the lake and spending two days in this special place allowed us to recharge our batteries, even with two children in tow. Heikki is a kind and enthusiastic host, and gave us great tips, from simple hikes in the area to visits to ancient fortresses; the Olkkolan Hovi restaurant is excellent; it is worth the visit, not only for good food at an affordable price, but also for the beauty of the ancient wooden structure on the shores of the lake. The cottage was in a great location in privacy! I would have loved to have stayed here longer. The sauna provided good steam and there was just the right amount of space in the cottage. The dog was also comfortable with freedom and a shallow beach where you could wade. Highly recommended!

Had an overall lovely stay with my partner in a spectacular location right by the lake. Astonishing views for both breakfast and dinner were served right through the windows of the cottage. The price is of course in accordance with these features, maybe even a little too much. It might have been the particular weather but it was quite challenging to get the sauna ventilation exactly to where it doesn't let the smoke in the room.

I booked a stay on a tight schedule, and after a long day, I got straight to the sauna in a nice steam barrel sauna. The atmosphere of the yard was peaceful and pleasant. I think I got a guy (many others for sure) from Bruno. Very nice case. And the welcome was all comfortably relaxed. The art studio was very sleepy, so I was able to continue the journey from the morning. Definitely recommend.

We spent a great time here. Jorma is very hospitable and checked in on us regularly. He also gave us great tips for things to do in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot. And used the boat every day. Thank you Jorma for everything.

Lovely island home! Beautiful scenery, spacious sauna, and a lot was top notch on the beach. There's room for a larger group to stay. A nice summer kitchen with everything for cooking and setting. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The entire group of guests (12 people) warmly recommend the place.
