Condo vacation rentals in Eastern Visayas

Very nice and modern condo. great location, we felt like the pool was ours. Also very close to the gym. Very nice host and staff.

Happy with our stay here:) Hosts were very responsive, friendly and offered to show us around. The unit was clean, cozy and looked like the pictures. The area has everything you need within walking distance.

A newish pleasant Apartment in a large apartment block, surprisingly no hot water but comfortable and quiet, good Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. There was plenty of paperwork checking in and checking out.

We had a wonderful extended stay here. The **view is spectacular**, the **location is excellent**—just a 10–15 min walk to the beach (paid access, but options to get in for free or 350 pesos). **No bugs**, **fridge is nearly full-size**, **washing machine works well** (even has hot water), and the **front desk answers promptly**. **GrabFood delivers to the lobby**—we had amazing sourdough and pizza! The host was **very responsive** when issues came up (stove, aircon smell, shower). We made a few comfort tweaks like moving the bed and bringing an air fryer we loved. Small things like the **kettle being too hot to handle** and lack of gym access were a letdown, but we found a great gym 2 minutes away. Overall, a great base with a little creativity and a lot of potential. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay in Roland’s condo units. Worked out really well as a great base for our stay on Mactan Island. Thoroughly recommended. Worth verifying information found on the guide sheets as some of it was out-of-date last time we visited, and it had not been updated this time.

I highly recommend this place , everything is clean when it comes to bathroom, kitchen and bed. And the spot of this unit is very nice because you will see the beach and so far this is the best Airbnb that we try and when it comes to the host , the host is responsive about our concerns . I would love to stay here again .

Great stay! Nice size apartment for a studio. The condo complex is good. Nice pool. The gym does the job although supposedly it's only for long-term guests, but if anyone asked I told them I was longterm lol. Air con units worked. WiFi / Internet connection was reliable. View was good for sunset. The host was always immediate to reply and super caring and helpful. Wonderful Airbnb experience. Thank you!

The room and place was clean and comfortable. Everything was just as whatvwas indicated on the description and shown on the photos. Sir Jorman was bery friendly, responsive and accomodating. There's lot of things you can do around the area if you reaearch enough. There's a fee of ₱350 to access the shared beach. It's worth it since you can access all amenities including their infinity and only 7mins walk from OMP. There's also a nearby Bus Terminal if you want to go somewhere especially to Cebu City Tops. Fare was only ₱51 from Mactan Newtown to IT Park Lahug. Hoping to go back to make new and better memories ✌️

Just got everything that we wanted. Host was super responsive and friendly. The host greeted us upon check-in and made sure that we were properly taken care of. Honestly, out of all the Airbnb bookings I had for years now, this host was the BEST!!! Super smooth transaction. And don’t get me started with the place — it’s super clean!!!!! Located in the center of Mactan Newtown, it is convenient and safe. Great views and looking towards Mactan Shrine. The rooms are in good condition and there are no inconveniences. We stayed for over 3 weeks for our study abroad program. Cleaning and laundry of linen was optional, so we did it ourselves, but it was not an inconvenience as we had all the tools. Staff response time is always fast and friendly.　 The rooms are on a higher floor, so you can hear the ocean breeze on windy days, and the sound of concert events when they are being held in town, very clearly. It is not as soundproof as a hotel. I would recommend this room to anyone who enjoys living in Mactan including that. I highly recommend staying in this apartment, especially for families! 日本人の長期滞在者へ：私が持ち込んで便利だったもの　 1.ボックスティッシュ　 2.スティックの洗濯洗剤　 3. 予備のトイレットペーパー（周辺の店でも手に入ります。） 4. 珈琲ドリッパー　 5.ピンチハンガー　 バスタブはありますが、栓がなかったのでシャワー専用と思った方がよさそうです。 虫除けを持って行きましたが、蚊はほとんどいませんでした。アリは少しいますので、食べ残しは必ず冷蔵庫へ。

This is a great place to stay, everything we needed was within walking distance. Groceries Church Restaurants Gym Pool is very nice. Mikee is very responsive and a great host. Really cares about her place. Would definitely want to stay here again any chance we get.

It was really good. There were a few problems, but You fixed it right away. I stayed for 8 days and wanted to extend it to 10 days, but I couldn't because I had another reservation. I'll use it again next time if I come.👍👍👍👍

The beach access to the Savoy Hotel beach turns your stay into a resort vacation

Thank you Myrlin for hosting during our vacation, the place was very clean. All needed utensils and appliances are available, the air conditioning was cold. The supermarket, marts, transport terminal, and the restaurants are within walking distances. I highly recommend this unit!

Definitely had a great stay with my family! The host and caretaker is really accommodating and really loved the ambiance of the place and the highlight — near the resort 🤍 just literally walking distance. All in all 10/10!
