Loved the place felt very much at home. I love that it was very child friendly. Had toys and other things for the children to play. We also really enjoyed the board games that were available to use. We had a great weekend.

We’ve stayed here numerous times and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we’re in Arrowhead! Gorgeous house and the best hosts! The Village is literally around the corner too.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. It was in between where she lived and the wedding venue. Quiet area and loved the walkable distance to old town Monrovia. Thank you Oliver.

The house is large, well decorated and very very comfortable. Several places to relax and have a conversation with friends. Baths and beds were very comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen and excellent location for any fun event in the Pasadena/LA area.

Had a great, easy stay. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Jan & Dale added lovely extra touches with snacks and breakfast items and were very responsive to our questions. I'd definitely rent here again!

This tiny cabin in the woods was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. Cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed—such a magical little retreat. Highly recommended! During our stay, my partner cooked some amazing meals for us—it made the experience even more special. We also really enjoyed the games you provided and spent a lot of time playing them together. One of the highlights was watching the birds around the cabin—it was so peaceful and calming. What an incredible cabin! Very cozy and spacious for everyone to enjoy. The beds were super comfortable. The cabin is not far from the Lake Arrowhead village and Santa’s Village, which was perfect. 10/10 would recommend to others and will definitely come back for another stay.

We had an amazing time! Christina was very helpful and great to work with. The house was beautiful, clean and even had a few items we forgot. I would highly recommend this property for your next getaway.

This place is awesome! We have stayed here twice, and it never disappoints. It is super charming and a short, easy hike to the Village. We did the hike with two twelve-year-old kiddos, and they loved the trek. Only about a 25-minute walk into the village. Access to the lake is easy and close. Heather provides great instructions and a wonderful welcome pamphlet with things to do. There is a super well-stocked market nearby that was only about a 2-minute drive. The place is impeccable with everything you need. My only recommendation would be an air fryer, otherwise, it really has everything. The beds are extremely comfy, and the decor is really cute. The TV has access to a lot of paid apps that were a great touch. She even had extra toothbrushes and brushes (all new and individually packaged) under the bathroom sink. The kids enjoyed swinging on the tree swing while the adults enjoyed snacks on the patio. So relaxing! Heater also worked great. Definitely recommend.

We loved the place… the house has all the amenities possible.. the jacuzzi was super clean and perfect temperature. The bedding was extremely soft and clean. The kids loved the playroom. Great communication with Brett. Overall great experience. Highly recommended..

Eriberto is a wonderful host! The place is awesome and well thought out. His craftsmenship nspired me to build my own A-frame home. Very beautiful spot. Love the hot tub with it's unique covering. the house is full of wonderful amenities and charm. Will be booking again for another stay!
