Start a fire in the fire pit, put fresh fish catch and fresh vegetables on the grill, while watching a movie using the screen and projector. HOT TUB ADDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $ 25 per day.

Cozy Cabin & Farm stay @ Owl Tree Acres Homestead

Sunflower cabin is a sweet little rustic cabin with friendly homesteading artist/host located on Owl Tree Acres Farm. Cozy sleeping for 4, a dorm refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker,. Wifi with desk and Smart HD TV are provided. A “separate” beautiful bath house is located near the Communal fire pit away from the cabin. No bathroom facilities in cabin. Pets allowed with $30 pet fee. No pit bulls, rottweillers or other agressive dog breeds allowed. No pets allowed on beds.

And speaking of hiking, we said “take a hike” to cleaning fees (because who likes those?), AND check-in/checkout times; ours are so flexible they practically do yoga. Stress-free? Absolutely. If you love golf , no problem..the property is part of a country club with a 9 hole golf course (daily fees apply). If you like tennis, tennis courts are also available for a daily fee.

It is an early 1900's house that's been lovingly restored and nicely appointed to perfectly accommodate individuals, couples, a group of friends or a family. Choosing to stay with us will allow you to experience how small town Eastern NC people live. Halifax has a pop. of 234. We think you will be charmed!!
