Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance. Le Palme is located approx. 4km from Sorso and 10km from Sassari. The house has been recently renovated and furnished with great care. The interior includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge/kitchen and dining room. The exterior features a large veranda, terrace, BBQ, swimming pool and fenced garden with olive trees, citrus fruits, pomegranates, prickly pears and vines. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
