It has a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for 2 additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a 100-metre radius.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.
