A cozy and bright apartment with use of garden and private entrance. Easily accessible from the highway. Swimming pool, tennis and golf courses, ice rink, theater, prehistoric village, mini-golf course and parks within walking distance. Shops and eateries (supermarket, Chinese, snack bar, pizzeria, kebab,sushi) within a radius of 150 meters and 20 minutes walk to the center of Eindhoven. Free parking. Bicycles can also be stored inside. Are also available for rent.

Luxurious studio with garden

You have access through the garden area, where you can stay freely. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and shampoo provided. A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.

Entire private guest room (former, fully renovated and modernized garage) with its own entrance and private bathroom. Parking space in front of the door. A lovely stay in a quiet residential area, on the edge of a woodland and yet close to the vibrant city of Eindhoven; only a 15 minute drive (by private transport or taxi) from Eindhoven Airport! There are coffee and tea facilities, wifi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix and internet. We are for a non-smoking environment.

Guest suite 10 minutes walking distance from Downtown!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds(80-200) and a cozy seat with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette in which there is a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It's not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. For the Guesthouse you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seating areas.

A lovely comfortable apartment with direct access to a large garden in the district of Stratum. Real close to the city center of Eindhoven. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. The apartment is located opposite a cosy and lively town square with several restaurants. The health, safety and well-being of my guests is a top priority.

Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Complete guest house with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The stay is in the grounds of a formal calf farm. Our renovated "woonboerderij" (residential farm) dates from the 1850s. The large studio is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own private entrance via the large double doors. From this perfectly located home base, everything is at your fingertips. Within about a 15 minute walk you are in the city center, on the hip Strijp-S or in a green park.
