The suite is attached on the side of the house, but it's completely separate with its own private entrance. There is a door that connects the hall to the rest of the house that is locked. Our quiet neighborhood is an 8-min walk from a huge park with playground and dog park and only 20 min drive from beaches, downtown, Sea World, and the Zoo.
