La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Casa Catina is located in the village of Huerta del Barranco, in the natural park of Tejeda, Gran Canaria. The village has recently been nominated by “(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)” as the first of the seven rural wonders of Spain. With its volcanic scenery, the impressive nearby rock faces Bentaiga and Nublo, and many different varieties of subtropical plants, it benefits from a truly unique natural setting, ideal for relaxing and for many outdoor activities.

In practice, it is a cave transformed into a 45m2 apartment, with everything. Lots of light, native vegetation and with direct access to a mountain with rest areas in the forest, with incredible views and several trails that you can walk. Five minute drive away you will find all kinds of amenities in the village.
