Modern and cozy departamento, if you want to spend the night it's perfect. There is still apartments under construction, in the morning consider noise. If you're looking to get to know the city, distance is a factor to take into account.

It was quite comfortable, a very safe place, in a good location and good value for money. It had everything you needed in optimal condition. My family would definitely stay in this nice place again, with Alex who also always responded to our questions and was very kind when he welcomed us.

Everything is as posted, the area is very quiet and easily accessible. I would be happy to rent it again.

We had some personal inconveniences and Emmanuel and the people who help him treated us very well and helped us. We had a little detail with the solar heater, but they are things that sometimes happen, in the end they fixed it for us and everything ended very well. We thank him and all the people who took care of us. Not all the stays are perfect but as long as there is communication, empathy and willingness to fix things on both sides everything has a solution and improvement. It is an accommodation that we will have in mind for future visits to Queretaro.

The apartment is small and comfortable. It is well located. Marco maintained constant and friendly communication.

I stayed 2 nights at the ZEN apartment and it was the perfect spot for my visit to Queretaro. The apartment is well located in the centro area allowing walking to most of the interesting areas in town. The apartment itself was nicely laid out and private with all of the amenities described. The wifi is fast and the showers were hot. Brontee is very responsive if you have a question or need any assistance. The apartment is also pet friendly as described. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in. Queretaro.
