The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building with lift, in the first line. It is strictly non-smoking, maximum of 3 guests!

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The house is on two levels : on the ground floor an equipped kitchen, laundry area, living room and terrace with sea and mountain views. Upstairs a bedroom and bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi.

Excellent apartment very close to the sea and very central in the village of Arguineguín. It is fully equipped, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, kitchen, living room with TV, a bathroom and a wonderful balcony to enjoy outdoors and relax. It is located two minutes from both beaches, surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets and areas where to stroll. Here you can enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
