I had a great experience staying at Loly’s apartment. The check-in process was seamless, and accessing the unit was incredibly easy. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet at night, which made for a very relaxing stay. Additionally, the people in the area are super friendly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay!

We came to the Perellonet for a weekend getaway from Madrid, and we had a great time. Alberto made us easy to check in, he made recommendations to make in the area, and left the apartment quite clean. The apartment is just like the photos, and it had everything we needed, including the coffee detail in the mornings we had on the balcony. The neighborhood is quite quiet, and the building directly faces the beach. It was a pleasure to stay at Alberto's place and we thought we'd come back!

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

We had a great 5 days, quiet area, right on the beach , everything as described in the listing ... Beatriz very pending , we solved the few doubts that arose . We'll be back for sure.

I am delighted with the balcony and the views. It was better than I had ever had. The apartment is cozy, clean, but the view from the balcony is better than I expected. I am also delighted with Ferran and his wife — they are lovely, nice, kind people. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, and help. Ferran and will meet you from the station and take you back if you need. He also suggests showing around. The internet in the devices is great, it was important for me to work and no problems. It was uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa, there are springs, but 2 spacious beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. The location of the apartment is excellent: there are 2 small shops nearby. There are large shops a bit further away. There are also many small shops with fruits, household and beach goods, with clothes. Chic promenade, restaurants, bars, ice cream. I'm happy with the place and would like to come back again.

We had the best, most relaxing time in José’s apartment. Great location 2 mins from the beach, the kitchen is so well put together and equipped. When I come back to this great city I will look to stay here again!

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

At Rosana's, you can feel good! Everything was perfect for our family holiday. The apartment is beautiful, the modern kitchen there is space as on the large terrace with the little extra! The podium with sea view (ideal for morning coffee or a few aperitif beers). A door separates us from the beach is great! There is a very chill & surf atmosphere. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the easy house To be repeated without hesitating

We had a great week at Espe’s place! The house is near the beach and there are plenty restaurants around. The place is well equipped and Espe gave clear and fast replies. With our two young kids we were able to both enjoy the beach and the city (many public transport options nearby). Would definitely recommend!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Eugénia is very welcoming, he allowed us to access the accommodation before check-in time. the apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurant and the beach everything is within walking distance. free street parking or nearby small streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

A cozy house in a laid-back neighborhood at walking distance to the beach. Communication was perfect!

Very nice tastefully decorated apartment, there is everything you need in it we can come with your hands in your pockets. Well located, quiet residence, right next to the beach with a supermarket 500m away, lots of restaurants and a bus line in front of the accommodation. Small downside for the bus that only runs every 2 hours, maybe also because we are not in the summer season, but we have made all our trips by taxi or Uber. The price was affordable knowing that Valencia is just 20 minutes from the accommodation Thanks to Maria who was very kind to us

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Everything was very clean. We were greeted by Roberto's father and he was very kind to help us turn things up.

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. We were hosted very well by his cousin who lives next door, despite the language barrier, he did everything to welcome us. Very good interaction with the owner who is very reactive.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Very good location on the promenade with a fantastic view. The apartment is good, it had everything you need during your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped. I liked the pool, it was nice to have a little more swimming after the beach. There are several shops and restaurants in the area, although a car is required for a larger shopping trip.
