This duplex apartment, completely renovated, offers an elegant and functional style in a charming setting. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a spacious living-dining room with a fully integrated and equipped open-plan kitchen. From the living room, a bright hallway leads to a full bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190 cm), which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. At the end of the hallway, there is a third bedroom, also equipped with a double bed (150 x 190 cm), with direct access to a small private patio. On the upper floor, an open-concept attic-style bedroom features three single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm (two placed together and one separate). ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.** During your stay, access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
