House vacation rentals in El Poblado

Gated community, very beautiful backyard. The house was massive and accommodated 4 people really well and guest. Our co-host Luis was always on standby to help us out with absolutely “anything” we need. Anytime of the day or night he was ready for everything. We got the private chef as well. She prepared homemade columbian meals. Depending on traffic we were roughly 20-30 minutes from the local spots. Uber was easily accessible and cheap. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone.

The house was clean, in a great location, ideal for US travelers who want to enjoy the night life. Very secure location and the host was very effective at communicating with me. Checking in or getting into the house was a little challenging since the voice instructions were in spanish. However, there are written instructions in English that you can follow so it may not be a big deal after all. Otherwise, I will definitely stay here when I return next year. We did not have any problems at all.

Excelente sitio, muy limpio y con una muy buena comunicación

This was a guy’s trip seven of us first time out the country had a very pleasant time. Our driver Canelo was amazing, but he wasn’t forward with us about us paying for our ride until the end of our trip. Although we tipped him daily for getting us around, we still have to pay an additional 2 million pesos at the end of our stay .. he had to break down so it all made sense would definitely come back but would stay in a hotel next time closer to the strip. House is amazing though.

Mi estancia en la propiedad fue simplemente excelente. La casa es amplia, cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario para una estadía sin preocupaciones. Está ubicada en un área segura y tranquila, ideal para descansar, pero a la vez cercana a todo: supermercados, restaurantes, puntos de interés… ¡una verdadera ventaja! Laura fue una anfitriona excepcional: siempre atenta, amable y disponible para cualquier detalle que necesitáramos. Sin duda, vale completamente la pena. Si vuelvo a la zona, no dudaría en volver a hospedarme aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Andrés was an amazing host for us. He was great at communicating. He helped us with airport transportation there and back . He also had great recommendations for us to try different things and excursions. We had an in house helper Michael that helped with all our needs. Michael also helped us get around with our Ubers and when we were home made sure we were safe. There was also a cleaning lady that cleaned the rooms and made sure the house was always clean. We had a great experience and definitely will be booking there again.

This airbnb is great. They have front desk security that is available 24/7 which is amazing. The only thing is sometimes you have to wait for them to open the front gate, but it’s nothing crazy. The place was great, a little slippery when it rained, but it was great. The rooms were nice, cold and always cleaned. The washroom area is a little tight and the toilet seats are a little loose. Overall, this place is close to all the great amenities that Medellín has to offer. This place is a great stay, and any issues are dealt with super fast. I’ve seen some bad reviews on here, and I honestly can’t understand why. This place is GREAT.

Had a great stay at this air bnb, the place looks like the photos, has a great vibe about it, and is in a very central location. walking distance to everything. The only downsides, the hotwater doesn't last for very long and the water smells a bit, but i don't think that's an isolated problem with the air bnb, it's the whole area. 2 of the 3 beds have hard mattresses, and the surround sound speakers cut out from time to time. Apart from that the place is great. I'd stay again.

The place is great for a group of friends to have a great time in colombia. Will def rent again if its available when i go next time

Una de las duchas no dispone de agua caliente, y la ubicación sale un poco de lo más turístico. Sin embargo el apartamento es muy amplio y corresponde exactamente a la descripción y fotos.

En una zona tremendamente tranquila, con cooperativas cerca, un café 24hrs a una cuadra, súper limpia la calle, la casa muy grande con mucho espacio para mucha gente. Todo muy bueno, lindo,m. Si yo regreso con el grupo a Colombia, seguramente alquilaré este sitio de nuevo

We had recently rented the AirBNB property in Medellin located at Cl.2, #20-75, El Poblado from 22 to 27 April 2025. We had an extremely comfortable stay and we are grateful to our host Carlos Faria. Carlos was in touch with me 3 months before our arrival date and then a week before. The contact with Carlos made us feel very comfortable and we appreciated Carlos energy and positive attitude. When we arrived at the property, Carlos provided us with all the details of the house door lock, building security, operation of appliances and the option to have a cook. Carlos guided us to the many tour options and even though we had prebooked a few tours, his guidance helped us prepare better. One morning I had to call Carlos to replace the pots in the house as the non-stick surface was scratched and by noon we had a set of excellent new pots and pans. Absolutely brilliant! no questions, no arguments just what we asked for! We all have nothing but praise for such an efficient and result oriente

After a nightmare experience with a previous Airbnb, we found this place last minute—literally on the first day of our vacation. The hosts responded immediately and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. The location was perfect and felt safe at all times. The security guards were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. They truly made our stay memorable. We appreciated all the local tips the host shared, which helped us make the most of our time. What started off as a stressful trip turned into a great experience thanks to this amazing place. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Nuestra estadía aquí fue increíble! Los "staff" hicieron todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos cómodos y para ayudar con recomendaciones. Excelente lugar para pasar un buen rato en familia. Tiene un excelente espacio para hacer distintas actividades cómo juegos, asado y demás. Santiago siempre fue muy atento y diligente con todo lo que necesitábamos.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Medellin! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. The setting itself was beautiful, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. One of the highlights of the trip was our tour guide, Andre. He was amazing—super knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Whether it was exploring local spots or learning more about the culture, Andre made it all feel special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay in Medellin. Cesar did a great job of taking care of us while we were in the house and was very responsive with anything we needed including getting breakfast made for us daily and someone to come iron our clothes on wedding day. Carlos was fantastic providing us rides on demand as needed and anything else we may have needed. Also a great tour guide. Carlos and Cesar will make your vacation to Medellin one to remember.
