The apartment has all amenities: -washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron, etc. The accommodation consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, living room, full bathroom, kitchen and terrace. All on the ground floor, there is no need to climb stairs. Single entrance and garden exit from the terrace. This season we will pay special attention to the appearance, cleanliness in the apartment and health security against the coronavirus. You won't have to walk in 122°F sun to get to and from the beach. Surrounded by bars, supermarkets, pharmacy. Island across the way to visit by ferry or to rent paddleboards. There is no parking.
