I typically resist stating “this is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at”, as its pretty cliché to do so. But, when you combine the kindness and generosity of the host family, the amount of thought and care that has gone into the apartment and the amenities within (its five-star luxury inside), and the fact that it’s located in the castle itself with immaculate sweeping views from the common seating area, I was simply blown away! If its available, book it!

The penthouse is a beautiful apartment with huge roof terrace, from which you have a beautiful view over Berat and the castle. Walking 15 minutes to The Old City. A supermarket is just around the corner and we really enjoyed having breakfast on the roof terrace. We found the beds comfortable ( medium hardness ). Traffic can only be heard very quietly on the roof terrace. The communication went great, everything was perfect. Sorry but we only booked one night. You can also stay longer in Berat. Next time, we'll book this exceptionally beautiful place again. Don't be put off by the surrounding buildings. If you have only driven up to the 8th floor, the apartment and the view are stunning. This apartment is an example of the inner values that are important.

Fantastic accommodation, great for kids, great facilities, awesome location and beautifully presented, definitely recommend and will return.

We had a wonderful stay in this well-located and spacious apartment – ideal for four people. The layout is great, and the two single beds were very comfortable. The double bed was a bit too firm for our taste, but that’s a personal thing. The absolute highlight was the large corner balcony with stunning views over the lively city and nearby mountains. It gets sun all day, and we loved spending time there. Plenty of seating, including a deck chair – a cushion would be a nice addition. The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a great base in Tirana. A few small things could be improved: a bit more thorough cleaning under the beds, removal of old cleaning items and dead plants, and the oven was missing its glass door. Some items from previous guests were also still in the bathroom. Despite these minor details, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The location, space, and especially the balcony made it a memorable visit!

Clean and stylish apartment in the front of Tirana park. Location and neighborhood was calm, everything you need is near by. Host was responsive and let us check out later. Thanks 🙏🏻
