Live the “simple” life on the Baltic: in a solar-powered workman’s hut. The idyllic hamlet of Klützer Winkel is 20 km east of Lübeck, Germany, 6 km west of Boltenhagen, and only ten minutes’ walk from the unspoiled Baltic coastline. Our natural refuge (3500 sq.m./over 37,000 sq.ft.) is nestled among hilly meadows, woodlands, beaches, and some nearby seaside cliffs. Our owner-run plot of land has many fruit trees and other trees, blackberry bushes and shrubs. Pristine meadows directly around the property are crisscrossed by narrow pathways. You can set up your own place to sit, and there is a central terrace with barbecue. Facing the south, the vintage workman’s hut (20 square meter/215 square feet) was converted into a cocoon of living space with virtually no environmental footprint. Its separate bedroom, kitchen and roomy living area are supplemented by a 14 square meter (150 square foot) veranda facing west. All the flooring is larch. All electricity is solar generated with water supply from on board tanks or at the nearby “bathhouse” on the same plot with its solar-powered shower. A wood-burning stove can be used in colder weather. Details: 12VDC power supply, intermittent 220V/80W power with converter, DVB-T TV, radio and DVD player, refrigerator, two-plate gas cooker, and sink. Since 2016 we got a supplementary nonsolar power supply i.e. to have a shower without sun. Plus we offer: Bicycle and bed linen rental (please confirm in advance), drawing and painting kits, arts and crafts equipment, beach utensils. Plus the chance to pick and process cherries, blackberries, pears, and apples (all according to the season and availability, for a small fee) Klützer Winkel also offers many leisure, cultural, and recreational opportunities.

There is a construction trailer in our orchard! A place for people who want to get away from everyday life for a moment. If you like, you can meet animals, watch them or simply be part of this place. Children are also welcome here. You can discover nature, get to know animals and experience where eggs come from. Our municipality is a "quiet area" according to § 47d of the Federal Immission Control Act, i.e. there is no traffic, industrial, commercial or leisure noise. It's really quiet here!

ELLA construction trailer in the Mecklenburg Lake District

Since Easter 2018, we have been welcoming guests to our farm who share our love of construction trailers. In May 2020, we expanded with this second property. Vacationers appreciate the coziness and amenities of the construction trailers, the tranquility and idyll in the countryside and the excursion destinations in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Sun lounger, view of the wide field, red sunsets, campfire... Anyone who associates these words with vacation will surely have a great time with us.

See the sunrise from bed, watch deer and cranes from the terrace, cozy wood fire in the stove when it gets cool. Comfortable beds, mini kitchen and storage space in the trailer, water tap, shower, toilet, fridge in the main house about 50 meters away. Fire pit and barbecue area in front of the car. In order to keep the overnight price low, we give our guests the opportunity to bring their own bed linen and towels (both can also be rented for a fee: €10 and €5 per person)

"Benno the Wagon" - a tiny house on the edge of the forest

"Benno the Car" was originally an old shooting stand, which we converted into a tiny house with a lot of passion and love for detail. In it you can now stay in the middle of nature and still feel at home. On about 16 square meters you have everything you really need to live. Benno stands near a detached cottage outside Kleintettau in the Franconian Forest. On a meadow on the edge of the forest, he says good night to the fox and rabbit and is happy about company!

Here you can leave everyday life behind and enjoy a real break in nature. Whether it's a relaxing weekend for two, walks along the dike, or a sauna session in the open air, this place invites you to unwind and forget about time.

The construction trailer is opposite a 100-year-old barn that I converted into a studio. The construction trailer is 17 m² with kitchen-living room, double bed in one room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, kettle, small fridge and sink (water container). You will find everything you need in terms of cookware, tableware and spices. The wood-burning stove quickly creates cozy warmth if needed. Guests - shower & toilet are located in the barn.

Construction trailer 2 in the apple orchard - DasLebenistein Ponyhof

Welcome to our second lovingly furnished trailer, "Kurt Karlsson". It stands on an apple meadow with views of ponies. It has a huge, great terrace with large fridge (&icebox), table, chairs, a cozy beach chair and amazing views!! In front of it is a pallet sofa with pads and pillows. There is a 1.4 x 2 m bed in the trailer, with a second bed of the same size above it. This is actually only intended and made for children(!). Otherwise, please let me know :)

Have you always wanted to stay in a mobile tiny house? Then this is the perfect opportunity to make a stay at the gates of Hamburg. The tiny house is right on the border of Hamburg. By S-Bahn (S3 station "Krupunder"), you can reach Altona in 17 minutes and in about 20-25 minutes on the Reeperbahn or at the landing bridges at the harbor. The S-Bahn is about 10 minutes walk from us. By car, you are quickly on the A23 (exit "Krupunder/Rellingen").
