The house is built in a very beautiful garden and you can't find a quieter place ( it even seems like you can hear the grass growing!!). Comfortable stay in a lovely, well equipped home. Quiet neighbourhood. Great patisserie 1km walk away. Good restaurant too. Supermarket a short drive away. Central to many lovely villages and near Rouen to visit by car. Easy, friendly communication with Celine. Recommended.

The cottage is very well equipped. toys for children, very pleasant garden furniture on this sunny 1 May weekend. the quietness of the countryside and the little goats as neighbors, it was very nice. Our dog, a border collie also validated the enclosed and secure place. I recommend.

Mansion with lots of charm, very well equipped (for both children and adults.) Large garden ideal for children. Very nice bedding. Communication was perfect as well as self check-in. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

This was a great place to stay and was worth the price ! It was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with a nice kitchen with all of the amenities you would need. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, spacious and well maintained grounds, and the master bedroom had a lovely view of the Seine river. The area was quiet, perfect for sleeping, but an easy driving distance to most major Normandy attractions in the region. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. Of course, the crown jewel for us was the heated covered pool, which was good-sized and very clean. We definitely enjoyed it! There's also a nice Jacuzzi in the same covered veranda. Overall, this was an excellent experience, perfect for our long weekend getaway, and we certainly be back. 

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

A family stay, which was quite successful, it started with a warm and friendly welcome from the owners , who gave us all the information to enjoy this magnificent residence (nice decor where you feel good immediately ) So we succumbed to the charm of this typical Norman house, well laid out and we took full advantage of all these leisure facilities ( foosball, hifi ,billiards and all the games available A quick note: spread the use of hot water so as not to exhaust it, and use the fireplace as a pleasure because the heating can be cut off Quality bedding, a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, dishes in quantity, in short a fully successful stay with a very large living room dining room. We recommend this rental and thank our hosts for allowing us to enjoy their houses as well as the garden for our dogs (thank you for the decorated fir tree)

Nathalie was a lovely host. The accomodation was exactly as described and we had a relaxing and peaceful stay. Feeding the horses with Nathalie was a real highlight - our 2 young daughters really enjoyed the whole experience.

We had a great time at Linda and Jérôme's place on the occasion of Easter. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by solar, caring and very attentive hosts. They even thought of our dog by offering us bowls, which touched us a lot. Always available and attentive, they kindly offered us the opportunity to check out later, which made our checkout even more serene. Thank you again for hosting us exceptionally!

Charmed by the location and the view from the terrace. Spacious space, clean, modern bathrooms. A fireplace in the living room. Longère at the end of a path, so very quiet, no car, morning silence, nature, alpacas...all contributed to make our stay a delicious moment. The icing on the Thalie cake, the owner, who welcomed us very well, always available, very warm and who offered us a moment of friendly sharing that undoubtedly makes us want to come back soon. I recommend to families and lovers (the spa...what a treat). And very good place to see places around. Thank you

Quite simply: a little paradise:) everything was perfect. Gite bigger than in the photos and it has everything you need to cook. The cottage is adorable. The mattress, kitchen amenities are premium. The garden calls for relaxation and the pool is just perfect, heated to 29 and covered. Beatrice is a rare kindness and available in case of need. a huge thank you for renting us this cottage with our dog. they are not accepted everywhere and everyone had their own happiness. humans the pool and the dog the garden:) I keep this address clearly in my favorites, it was absolutely perfect.

Patricia’s house is very nice! It's also very clean, organized and cozy. The place is very quiet and the house also has a very large garden, where our dog could run around a lot. Great for short or long stays. Patricia is a very friendly and helpful host. I recommend!

Delphine’s gîte in Boissay was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. After two years of touring Europe our stay at the property was everything we could have hoped for. Delphine is both attentive but inconspicuous. We loved the peace and quiet and the property has everything you might need - being very well appointed. It’s away from the hustle and bustle and gives you absolute peace and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Thanks Delphine 🙏🏻

This location was just what I needed. It was peaceful but easy to get out to other locations around Normandy. The backyard was great for my dog and there was no way for her to escape (which she usually try’s to do).
