Northwest of Hamburg in beautiful Schleswig Holstein is our lovingly furnished 48 sqm apartment with terrace and garden. There is a kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator, a shower room and bedroom with double bed and TV. In the immediate vicinity is a small lake. The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

Meine Auszeit Horst stands for real picture-book country life. There are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields nearby. And the peace and quiet, of course. The Elbe and the dyke can be reached in 15-20 min. by car. Here you will find a real beach and a delicious snack and matching refreshment in summer. You can also reach Hamburg in 30 minutes. In about 3 km. distance is the Horster train station. There is a parking lot and bicycle parking spaces.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). The scenic surroundings in and around Kellinghusen offers many possibilities for outdoor activities, e.g. for canoe tours and excursions by bike. The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right near. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Die Nachbarschaft ist nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 4 Familien Haus. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Er befindet sich mitten in der Innenstadt von Elmshorn. Außerdem erreicht man Hamburg mit der Bahn innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Man kann sein Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken.

The apartment is 20 square meters and we live right next door. On foot it takes about 25 minutes (1.7 km) to Quickborn train station. However, two bikes are also available to you free of charge.
