Everything was perfect, Matteo managed to create an amazing atmosphere in his property in the middle of this regional park, a real haven of peace. The rooms (like the whole property) are decorated with great taste and charm. The house is warm and impeccably clean. In nature, in the middle of the mountains, the environment is beautiful and lends itself to beautiful walks. We were also able to dine at the restaurant, the meal, the wine and the atmosphere were perfect there too. Thanks again to Matteo for his welcome, his many recommendations, we will be happy to come back and recommend to everyone without a second thought.

You should know: There is some difficulties with the wifi reception in the rooms. it works well in the living room. It is a big old house so it may have smells of dampness a bit.

Really enjoyed our time here. Right next to the beach and the promenade, the B&B was perfectly located for a variety of activities and in close distance to shops, restaurants and sports facilities. The place itself was clean and nice while the staff was kind and welcoming, too.

Lovely room in a quaint historic neighborhood. Very quiet room and comfy bed. Easy walk to the local attractions we were interested in seeing.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything exactly as described! Our host left us a small treat upon arrival which was very thoughtful considering we arrived at night and a lot of markets/stores were already closed by that time. Clean and very easy to get to! Her instructions to the apartment were very accurate. The location is in a very good spot. Close to the train, markets, restaurants.

I was extremely impressed with this homestay trip.The homestay itself is filled with the warmth of home, and even more unforgettable is the two elderly here.From the moment we step into the homestay, their enthusiasm surrounds us like warm sunshine.They were thoughtful of arranging accommodations for us and every detail was thought of.The room is clean and tidy and very comfortable, so you can relax right away.It is worth mentioning that the B&B has a lot of antique furniture and is very nice.Featuring the charm of the years, these furnishings add a unique charm to the entire space, making it feel like you've traveled back in time.The two elderly not only gave us great care in their lives, but also warmly introduced us to the sights and delights around us, giving us a lot of valuable advice for our itinerary.Their smile and kind words made us feel the warmth of home in a foreign country.Here, there is no hotel icy and strange, only full of human feelings.I really recommend this homestay to everyone who is eager to find a warm harbor on the go.Believe that you will also be touched by the enthusiasm of the two elderly people, attracted by those exquisite antique furnishings to have a great time.

One word: BEAUTIFUL! My wife and I had an amazing stay here at a Villa Rucellai. All the amenities you needed with a beautiful view overlooking the town of Prato. A perfect place to stay for your trip to Tuscany. 5 stars!!

I'd give this place a million stars if I could. The room and bathroom were huge, views from every single window were incredible, and the property itself is just magical. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable. There's a gorgeous natural pool that I would've loved to use but it was too cold. There's a daily changing multi-course dinner menu cooked by a chef on site for evenings we didn't feel like going out to eat. The staff was harvesting olives from their trees when we were checking out. They let us participate and shared their process with us. I loved taking home a bottle of olive oil and other products they make with produce grown directly on the property. I spent three weeks traveling throughout Italy, staying a multiple places, and this was my favorite place by far. Thank you to Lorenzo and family for such an incredible stay!

Baccagnano is gorgeous! The renovated old church accommodations are unique and very nice. Their wine is very good too. Breakfast in the church hall was so peaceful and delicious. Brisighella is very charming with tasty restaurants to try. Marco and his wife were so kind and welcoming. Grazie mille.

We had a great time with our two dogs at Sabrina's place. Everything was very clean and according to the photos and descriptions. Breakfast was a wonder, and the amazing facilities, well cared for, with a breathtaking view and a fantastic pool!! Thank you Sabrina for your kindness , we were great!!

Very pleasantly surprised, the place was clean and very convenient. The garden is not private but the way it is designed makes us think that we are alone. Not overlooked, small functional kitchen. I recommend it!

Apartment surrounded by nature, great location to visit the village of Grazzano Visconti just 4 minutes by car, Antonio was always available for any of our needs, we will definitely be back.

Maria Livia was immediately kind and helpful and did not hesitate to meet us if needed. The place exceeded our expectations, being much more spacious than we thought, with clean and tidy spaces. If we go back to the area we will definitely come back here!

We had an excellent time at Hotel Migani! Francesca and her staff made us feel welcomed and at home. They were friendly, kind, generous, proactive and personable. We felt as if we have known them forever! The place is ridiculously charming and cozy. Super clean and close to both the sea and Rimini center. We highly recommend it! If we ever go back to Rimini, no doubts we would go back to the Hotel Migani and visit our friends!
