Lumineux condo avec terrasse privée sur le toit. Vue sur la mer au loin. Dans un complexe calme et sécurisé entre Cabarete( 10 min) et Sosua( 10min). Idéal pour 2 personnes . 7 min à pied de la plage d'Encuentro connue pour ses conditions incroyables de surf et de kitesurf( Plage sauvage). À quelques pas de foodtrucks avec grandes variétés, boulangerie, café, dépanneur et mini-marché. Plusieurs excellent restaurant en bord de plage. 25 min de l’aéroport de Puerto Plata. Wifi inclus.

Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. There is a dog on the property, her name is Ella. No Smoking
