Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Ensanche Naco

Unser Aufenthalt in Lincoln Suite war super. wir waren nur 3 Nächte dort aber hier kann man definitiv auch länger bleiben. Sehr schöne Wohnung - Wohn-Esszimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, großer Balkon (leider ohne Balkonmöbel), Bad, Schlafzimmer. Bequemes Bett. Das einzige das uns etwas gestört hat war, dass das Duschwasser schnell kalt wurde. Klimaanlage in Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Pool sowie Blick auf Stadt und Meer. Bis auf ein paar rostige Stellen war alles sehr sauber. Lage war OK, am besten fährt man per Uber ins Kolonialviertel. Wir würden wieder hier bleiben!

Mariel's place is excellent. It's within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants. The internet connection is reliable, which is fantastic for anyone needing to get some work done. I was pleasantly surprised to find courtesy water bottles in the refrigerator. The excellent location provides easy access to local public transportation and Uber.

Great place to stay, especially if you need a place closed to the US Embassy. It's a 5 minutes walk to the Embassy, . Yissel, the host, is unbelievably nice and always ready to help. The place was clean when I arrived - no issues at all. If available on my next trip, I would look to stay in that place again.

We were extremely happy with this condo. Excellent location, close to some fabulous restaurants. Loved the roof top pool and spa.

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—self-check-in was smooth, and the building staff was welcoming and professional. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, modern with a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony that offered breathtaking views of both the city and the ocean. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Santo Domingo’s most exclusive area, making it easy to walk to top restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers. The building amenities were top-notch—I loved the rooftop pool with panoramic views and the well-equipped gym. Having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. Paola was an excellent host, always responsive and ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this apartment is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended! 🔥🏙🌊

This was my second time staying at this apartment- the price is right, the location is great, convenient & safe, and the amenities make it that you don’t even have to go anywhere else. Clean, modern and spacious.

Mi estancia de 25 días fue excelente. El lugar es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, tranquilo y sin ruidos, ideal para descansar o trabajar. La atención de Jeisson fue impecable, siempre muy atento y servicial. La comunicación fue 10/10, siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad. Los conserjes del edificio también fueron muy amables y serviciales. Además, la ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo lo necesario. Recomiendo esta estancia 100% y sin duda volvería.
