Enjoy the summer with the whole family in this stylish place, close to the 03 beaches of the region: 80m from Prainha, 450m from Enseada and 750m from Praia Grande. Close to the bakery, market, restaurants and general shops. There is also laundry room "lavô" only 100m away. Large, has 03 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, including in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 07 people. There's no shortage of water in high season.
