We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful vacation home in the Moonridge neighborhood of Big Bear Lake! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-appointed with high-quality furnishings, linens, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was truly wonderful—kind, incredibly responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. Highly recommend this place for families, friends, or anyone looking for a cozy, dog-friendly retreat in Big Bear.

This place is just as awesome as it looks in the pictures! We did a friends trip with four of us and the place worked out great! the outside entertainment area is FANTASTIC! There is also a precious and comfortable sunroof that I just loved! the inside is beautiful, comfortable and was great for games, movies and the like! Will absolutely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful two‐week stay at Claire’s home! From the moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming—the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the living spaces were bright and airy. Claire’s communication was excellent; she responded promptly to our questions and made check-in a breeze. The neighborhood is peaceful and conveniently located near shops and parks, which made outings with our little one effortless. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches—fresh linens, ample towels, and clear instructions for everything—which made us feel right at home. We’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway!

Beautiful home. Close to Bear Mountain and various shopping centers. Comfortably accommodated out group of 7 for three nights. Game room was a hit with the boys as they played ping pong til all hours. Hot tub in the fenced in backyard was perfect after a day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

This is our second time stay at one of Shelley’s properties. Her places are always so clean and decorated with a homey feel. We had a scheduling conflict and Shelley was very helpful and worked with us. This place is a minute walk from a park (great for our toddler), and it’s super close to the village. The view from upstairs is beautiful and shows the lake. Definitely won’t be our last time, and hope to come back every year.
