The approx. 45 m² apartment "Glücksklee" is located on the ground floor of our holiday home "Kleines Glück" from the 19th century which we have lovingly and high-quality restored. Thick exterior walls made of quarry stone and trussed loam walls on the inside combined with real wood oak floors guarantee a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The central location on the edge of the Eifel, coupled with the excellent connections to Aachen, Cologne, Jülich and Düsseldorf make it the perfect place to rest and relax.

Dieses gemütlich eingerichtete Apartment ist 10km von der Aachener Innenstadt entfernt , liegt in Kohlscheid, einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen. In etwa 11 km Entfernung befinden sich der Aachener Hauptbahnhof/Rathaus/Markt/Dom/RWTH Aachen/Casino Eurogress. Zum Campus Melaten und zum Uniklinikum RWTH Aachen sind es ca 8km. Das Aachener Reitstadion CHIO ist auch nicht weit entfernt . Kohlscheid hat eine eigene, kleine Bahnstation , sie ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Es gibt einen großen Raum mit Esstisch, Einzel / Doppelbett, Fernseher und einer kleinen eingerichteten Küchenzeile mit Kaffeemaschine (Pads), Toaster, Mikrowelle und Induktionskochfeld. Im Flur ist ein großer Schrank. Das Bad ist mit mit einer großen ebenerdigen Wohlfühl- Dusche, Waschbecken und WC voll ausgestattet. Der Zugang zu unserer Gästewohnung befindet sich abseits der Strasse und führt über unseren Innenhof.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

This former farmyard is surrounded by meadows and despite its quiet location you can reach the Aachen city center by bus in 20 minutes. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The entrance to the first stage of the Eifelsteig hiking trail is also in Kornelimünster.

Furthermore, a garden and terrace with a stone grill are available for private use.

All you need to do is bring your clothes and personal belongings. All furniture and household items are available. I offer my guests everything they need for comfortable living. You'll feel good here! However, smoking in the apartment is prohibited!

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.
